Group lessons can be a lot of fun! You will meet new people that will, without a doubt, become new friends and musical partners. In a group scenario, you will be learning with others who are around your same skill level. During lessons, you will learn songs with the group and play/jam with them during lessons.

Practice is Key

“The thing that will never go away is that connection you make with a band or a song where you’re moved by the fact that it’s real people making music.” –  Dave Grohl

A band has many different working parts that must come together seamlessly to create the right sound. To this end, it is vitally important that each member of the group practices their part so they are ready to jam when the time comes. Your group mates will be depending on you to know your part. We recommend that you practice for at least 30 minutes a day for 6 days a week, but you may find that you need to devote a little more time to learn your part. Staying focused on the end result – the amazing sound you will create together – should keep you motivated to practice.
